ReplyDeleteI think it's interesting he views her as 'lonely', yet the description of him concentrating on career first, women second makes him (in my mind) even lonelier... yet he doesn't seem to view himself that way.
ReplyDeleteYou are right, 1,000th monkey. He is lonely. Sometimes I think he realizes it, especially on Sunday nights. Other times he keeps occupied so it isn't as obvious. Their mutual loneliness brings them together. They are so meant for each other that coming together kills their loneliness and brings happiness.
